My take on the topic would be, we men sometimes feel shy in saying the three letters, fearing how it would be taken, will the women vanish from our lives after hearing this? so many questions can come into our minds. As a vamp in the hilarious movie 'Ankhen' would say, Mard na jane kyun bina baat ke darte hain, I would like to understand that this line aptly depicts women's state of mind. Some ego must be playing a part in an adult relationship, I would like to believe. So women you know it. don't you?

it's not at all a problem but mostly lack of expressiveness .Sometimes male ego comes in a way to break the image of tough exterior. It takes enormous courage to admit the truth and when one says “I love u”, he’s submitting himself selflessly. The all pervasive male ego acts as a hindrance
